For this reason everyone on our support staff has a cell phone and is expected to be responsive to the emergency needs of our customers. We have helped many customers after hours, in the middle of the night, on weekends and holidays, either via a secure remote connection to their system or via live support at their facility. Our only request from our customers is to appreciate this support and to not abuse it.
